Julie T. Beller, has been the inspector and owner of Cambridge Home Inspections, LLC. since 1996. She has performed over 5,400 inspections. Julie attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA. She has an extensive background in construction. In the late 80's she started her construction career with Seattle Engineering Department as a laborer. Julie then attended a carpenter’s apprenticeship program through Renton Technical College near Seattle, WA. Julie has worked for a high end contractor and has been a general contractor. Julie has been a mentor and instructor for ITA- Inspection Training Associates and has trained new home inspectors. She also worked as a FEMA inspector after Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, LA.
