Julie T. Beller, inspector and owner of Cambridge Home Inspections, LLC. since 1996 has an extensive background in construction. She attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA. In the late 80's. Starting her construction career with the Seattle Engineering Department as a laborer. She then went into a carpenters apprenticeship program through Renton Technical College. Julie has worked for a high end contractor and been a general contractor. Julie is a mentor for ITA (www.home-inspect.com) Inspection Training Associates and trains future home inspectors in our area.

She has also taught many first time home buyer classes and considers herself a teacher and consultant. She is also a member of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI #203453) and a Structural Pest Inspector through the WSDA. Julie worked as a FEMA Inspector in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
